Job summary

Walgreens Co. in Michigan is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk/Tech to support pharmacists and deliver a friendly checkout experience. You will register sales, assist with prescriptions under supervision, maintain clean shelves, and help with photo services and online order pickup.

Training includes PTCB certification and ongoing education; strong English communication and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends are required. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Earns and maintains PTCB certification.
• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Assists pharmacists in dispensing and processing prescriptions under supervision.
• Maintains counters and shelves, keeps stock organized and inventories.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up orders.
• Performs special assignments as directed by management.
