Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription counting.
• Strong computer skills and inventory awareness.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Recommends items and trade-ups to customers; maintains a helpful attitude.
• Processes cash transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges at the register.
• Supports pharmacy operations: data entry, dispensing, and checking for interactions.
• Maintains clean, organized counters and shelves; assists with inventory.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist and follows policy.
