Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to deliver excellent customer service while assisting the pharmacist under direct supervision. You will use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and help process prescriptions, alongside handling in-store sales and customer interactions.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, with flexible availability including evenings/weekends, and some retail experience. PTCB certification is preferred, along with strong math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in pharmacy operations and process prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service and assist customers with products.
• Maintain counters, shelves, and displays; handle inventory checks and pricing.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff pharmacist with workflow and clerical tasks.
