Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting and assisting with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status when needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; processes returns, exchanges, and payments.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist and adheres to quality procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and performs inventory and price checks.
• Attends training and completes required PPLs as assigned.
