Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist with data entry, order processing, and customer support at our Pensacola facility. The role requires an active Florida Pharmacy Technician license and prior pharmacy experience.

Onsite shift runs 2:30pm-11:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent telephone etiquette, and familiarity with brand-name and generic medications.

Qualifications

• Active FL Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.
• LTC pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and according to cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
