Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control and PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast checkout service and assists customers with products and services.
• Assists pharmacists under supervision in processing prescriptions and patient information.
• Maintains pharmacy and store systems, checks for interactions, and schedules workflow.
• Performs inventory and merchandising tasks, including pricing and restocking as directed.
• Handles third party prescription claims and clerical duties related to pharmacy operations.
• Delivers customer service in photo area and supports exterior/interior store maintenance.
