Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a front-line team member to deliver exceptional customer service at the register and on the floor. You will greet customers, assist with questions, and guide them to products while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Under supervision, you will support pharmacists with medication entry, prescription processing, and basic dispensing activities, ensuring compliance with store policies and patient safety. Ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for cashiering and prescription handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Register sales, handle cash, and process returns and exchanges.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with entering patient and drug information and dispensing prescriptions.
• Maintain clean and organized counters and shelves; assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Provide customer service in photo area and process web-pickup orders as needed.
