Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a frontline associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support the pharmacy team in a fast-paced store environment. You will handle checkout, assist customers with products, and help process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, plus basic math and computer skills. Prior retail or Walgreens experience is a plus, and PTCB certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription filling.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers with courteous, friendly checkout service.
• Assists pharmacists under supervision with processing prescriptions and patient info.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and check for interactions.
• Maintain inventory and assist with merchandising and shelf resets.
• Support pharmacy department workflows and clerical duties as needed.
• Provide photo area services and assist with web order pickups.
