Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to greet customers, assist with products and services, and support the pharmacist in prescription processing in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will handle cash transactions, maintain shelves, assist with inventory, and support pharmacy operations under supervision. Prior retail or pharmacy exposure and PTCB certification are a plus, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• PTCB certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision and maintain accuracy.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; check in and price merchandise.
• Assist with inventory management and participate in store duties as assigned.
• Provide pharmacy support, including entering patient information and assisting with prescriptions.
