Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist pharmacists, process prescriptions, and provide excellent service at the checkout. You will handle cash transactions, help customers locate items, and maintain clean store conditions.

Training includes PTCB certification and ongoing education to stay current in pharmacy practices. This role may involve assisting with prescriptions, inventory tasks, and photo services, with a commitment to safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• PTCB certification preferred or pursued.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and entering patient and drug information.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and ensure accuracy.
• Register sales at cash register and handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web order pick-up.
• Support pharmacy department with inventory management and workflow.
