Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a pharmacy support teammate responsible for assisting the pharmacist, delivering courteous checkout service, and maintaining clean, well-merchandised store areas. You will help process prescriptions, handle inventory, and assist with photo services and web order pickups.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to learn and follow pharmacy procedures.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours is required.
• Six months of retail experience preferred; prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Strong computer skills and basic inventory controls knowledge.
• PTCB certification is preferred or pursued during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service at the register.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and prescription processing.
• Maintain clean, stocked store areas and merchandise displays.
• Handle inventory, pricing, and daily store operations as directed.
• Support photo area services and web order pick-ups.
• Adhere to pharmacy policy and quality improvement procedures.
