Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math, computer, and inventory control skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and handle transactions.
• Assist pharmacists by entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive merchandising.
• Support inventory management and shelving, pricing, and restocks.
• Support pharmacy operations including prescription filling and clerical tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and pharmacy code of conduct.
• Comply with Good Faith Dispensing policies and communicate effectively with physicians.
• Assist with telephone inquiries and third-party claims processing.
