Job summary

Walgreens in the United States seeks a Pharmacy Clerk/Technician to deliver a distinctive customer experience and support the pharmacy team. You will process prescriptions, assist the pharmacist under supervision, and handle cash and customer transactions with courtesy.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prior retail or Walgreens experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy.
• Uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist.
• Maintains store organization, inventory, pricing, and displays.
• Processes manual claims and supports pharmacy workflow and documentation.
