Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience/Pharmacy Support role to greet customers, assist with products, and provide fast, courteous checkout service. You will work under supervision with pharmacists, processing prescriptions and maintaining store display and inventory levels.

The position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, plus basic math and computer skills. Prior retail or Walgreens experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, process purchases, and handle returns or exchanges.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision with prescription processing and patient information.
• Maintain counters, shelves, and displays; perform inventory checks and price verifications.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff with workflow and compliance.
