Walgreens Co. is seeking a Pharmacy/Customer Experience Associate in Puerto Rico. The role supports pharmacists, processes prescriptions, and assists customers with products and services.

You will ensure accuracy, maintain pharmacy systems, and help deliver a positive store experience. Responsibilities include assisting in pharmacy workflow, handling customer inquiries, and participating in training to maintain PTCB certification and compliance with policies.

Competenze

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated training program and/or state required registration.
• Attends training and acquires continuing education credits to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy.

Mansioni

• Assist pharmacists under supervision in dispensing and patient information handling.
• Process prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications and verifying accuracy.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service at the pharmacy and checkout areas.
