MedImpact in Tempe is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Certified Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service to pharmacies, health plans, and their members. The role involves resolving inquiries related to benefits and claims while educating customers about MedImpact's services and processes.

The ideal candidate should have a GED/HS Diploma, experience in customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work, offering various benefits including medical, dental, and 401K plans.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma and 6 months' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office/Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Windows based database programs is also required.

• Provide outstanding customer service to pharmacies and health plan sponsors.
• Utilize multiple database programs to resolve complex issues.
