Our client, IBEX, is seeking customer-focused professionals to join a high-volume healthcare support team. This fully remote role supports customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with questions regarding prescription benefits, medication coverage, claims, home delivery services, billing, authorizations, and healthcare benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
*Candidates should expect a high-volume call environment averaging approximately 60 to 80 inbound calls per day.
Candidates must be able to learn new systems quickly, adapt to change, and successfully navigate a virtual training environment.
The operation supports customers seven days a week.
Candidates must be available to work a full-time 40-hour schedule and must be available for at least one weekend day.
