Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3 years courier experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Valid and clean NYS driver's license required, knowledge of Syracuse area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of courier services with a focus on customer service for internal and external customers.
• Track vehicle mileage, condition, and maintenance; coordinate service with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain cost-effective delivery routes for timely pharmaceuticals and document delivery.
• Provide training to couriers on medication handling, policies and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage supply levels for courier services and oversee ordering and inventory control.
• Lead outreach related to courier services and assist in patient medication delivery when needed.
