Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Coordinator Technician at Ware State Prison in Waycross, GA. The role supports the Pharmacist by typing prescription data, maintaining stock, and coordinating with the contracted pharmacy to process orders.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, current Pharmacy Technician certification/licensure, and at least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience. A security clearance and drug screen may be required.

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacy Technician certification and licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Typing prescription data into the pharmacy filing system.
• Maintaining a well-stocked, organized pharmacy.
• Ensuring prescription orders are faxed to the contracted pharmacy for processing.
• Maintaining prescription and medication records, logs, and related records.
