Job summary
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Specialized Consultant, Pharmacy Compliance, to coordinate sales and implementation activities for Simplifi+ solutions in the pharmacy space. You will help customers adopt workflows that align with USP guidance and best practices, while building expert credibility across client teams.
This role requires 5+ years in hospital or infusion pharmacy, with strong knowledge of compounding, regulatory inspections, and PHI handling.
Qualifications
- Certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) currently registered or certified to practice in the United States.
- Completed pharmacy technician training program or an equivalent associate degree.
- 5+ years in a hospital/health-system or infusion pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate product functionality and key benefits to prospects and customers.
- Facilitate customer adoption and usage of pharmacy compliance solutions.
- Create and update clinical/operational content in solutions.
- Build relationships with pharmacy customers during/after implementations.
- Support marketing efforts with thought leadership materials.
- Collaborate with product team on enhancements and testing.
- Develop training materials for updates and changes.
- Manage PHI in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
