Qualifications

• Experience with pharmacy management/dispensing systems (BestRx a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Compound and verify patient-specific and office-use preparations per USP <795>/<797> standards.
• Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, dosing, and interactions.
• Supervise and verify the compounding work of pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain master formulation records, batch records, and beyond-use dating.
• Counsel patients and prescribers as needed.
• Support quality assurance, documentation, and recall procedures.
