Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA (ADUSA) is seeking a Pharmacist Lead to develop and manage clinical programs across Brand pharmacies, focusing on immunizations, MTM, disease state management, and expanding the clinical role to improve patient outcomes.

The role blends virtual and in-person work across core locations including Quincy, MA, with 3 in-office days and 2 remote days; travel up to 10% will be required to support program implementation.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS degree in pharmacy.
• 3+ years of active practice as a licensed pharmacist in a retail or similar setting.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and analyzing ROI.
• Ability to operate in virtual and in-person environments across multiple campuses.
• Developed or maintained programs delivering clinical touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate or develop clinical programs that improve health outcomes and pharmacy department performance.
• Lead clinical protocol management, update materials, and support pharmacist services.
• Evaluate new services and optimize existing programs in Brand pharmacies.
• Refine clinical tools to enhance patient engagement and scheduling/adherence.
• Monitor managed care payment standards to inform clinical decisions.
• Prepare Brands to meet needs of health care organizations, payers and employers.
• Collaborate across Legal/Compliance/Ops to advance initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships including onboarding and contracting.
