Job summary

ADUSA Corporate Support in Carlisle, PA, is seeking a Pharmacist to lead development and administration of clinical programs across Brand pharmacies. You will drive immunization services, MTM, disease state management, and expand clinical roles to improve patient outcomes and reimbursement performance.

The role requires 3+ years of retail pharmacy practice, PharmD or BS in pharmacy, and ability to work in a hybrid environment with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS degree in pharmacy.
• 3+ years of active pharmacist practice in a retail setting.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work virtually and in-person across multiple campuses.
• Developed programs delivering patient-facing clinical touchpoints.
• Strong analytical and ROI skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate or develop clinical programs that improve health and brand financial performance.
• Lead clinical protocol management and maintain materials for brand pharmacy services.
• Identify best practices and evaluate new clinical services for implementation.
• Refine clinical tools to improve patient engagement and scheduling.
• Understand managed care payment standards to inform program decisions.
• Collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Outcomes Reporting, and Operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, contracting.
