Qualifications

• PharmD or BS degree in pharmacy.
• 3+ years of active practice as a licensed pharmacist in a retail pharmacy setting or similar.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
• Integrate and collaborate within a matrix-like organization.
• Proven ability to work in both the virtual and in-person environments across multiple campuses.
• Developed new or maintained established programs that deliver customer facing clinical touchpoints.
• Proven ability to think analytically, apply analytical techniques and provide in-depth analysis of processes.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in presentation/communication with senior leadership audiences.
• Intermediate/High level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Financial ROI development and measurement of program or process proposals including proven ability to interpret financial measures associated with cost modeling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates or develops clinical programs to improve customer health and Brand pharmacy financials.
• Leads clinical protocol management including regulatory changes and material updates for immunization services.
• Identifies best practices and evaluates new clinical services for implementation or optimization.
• Leads refinement of clinical tools to improve patient engagement and scheduling.
• Maintains awareness of managed care payment standards to inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborates across Legal, Compliance, Outcomes Reporting, and Pharmacy Operations to advance clinical initiatives.
• Cultivates and manages vendor relationships for onboarding, contracting, and support.
• Other duties as needed to meet business goals.
