Qualifications

• PharmD or BS degree in pharmacy.
• 3+ years of active practice as a licensed pharmacist.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Proficient in Excel and Office tools.
• Ability to work in virtual and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate or develop clinical programs that improve patient health outcomes.
• Lead clinical protocol management and monitor regulatory changes.
• Evaluate new clinical services for implementation in Brand pharmacies.
• Refine clinical tools to support patient engagement and scheduling.
• Monitor managed care payment standards to inform decisions.
• Collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Outcomes Reporting and more.
• Manage vendor relationships including onboarding and contracting.
• Assist in aligning services with organizational goals.
