HCA Healthcare is hiring a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator to design, implement, and manage pharmacy clinical programs across our Parham and Retreat campus networks. You will collaborate with the Clinical Manager to optimize formulary management and educate staff in therapeutic interchanges.

You will provide clinical consultations, support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives, and promote safe, effective medication use while participating in daily rounds and policy compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• B.S. or Pharm D. degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 1 year as a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist.

Responsabilités

• Designs, implements and manages pharmacy clinical programs with Clinical Manager.
• Provides clinical consultation and suggests cost-effective alternatives to medical staff.
• Maintains hospital formulary and promotes rational drug therapy with interchanges.
• Supports participation in daily multidisciplinary and bedside rounds.
• Analyzes drug utilization reviews and designs action plans.
• Provides accurate medication information to healthcare staff and patients.
