ShopRite of Sayreville in Parlin, NJ is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to deliver a great customer experience and assist in the Pharmacy with cashiering, customer service, stocking, and cleaning to ensure efficient department operations.

The position requires 18+, valid state licensing, English proficiency, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Duties include HIPAA compliance and operating within safety guidelines, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have proper state licensing or certifications.
• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
• Accurately ring prescriptions and handle payments.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and prep in the Pharmacy department.
• Adhere to HIPAA, safety, and regulatory requirements.
