• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year of similar or related experience preferred.
• Vaccination certification required if administering vaccines, as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile.
• Answer the telephone promptly and provide helpful service to customers, including refill orders.
• Collect patient information required to prepare prescriptions; assist in pharmacy operations.
• Stock and organize pharmacy supplies and keep the area well stocked.
• Process cash transactions accurately and complete paperwork as needed.
• Prepare paperwork and medicines for delivery orders and mail-outs as requested.
• Coordinate nursing home medicines and assist in other areas as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customers' private medical information at all times.
