Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to support daily pharmacy operations, assist customers, stock supplies, and manage cash transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Vaccination-related duties may apply where permitted by law, with required certification as applicable. Night and weekend shifts are required, and the position reports to the Pharmacy Department Manager within Hy-Vee's pharmacy team.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers accurately.
• File, post, and organize materials; copy data accurately between records; and gather basic information through customer interactions.
• Guide customers and provide clear, helpful direction in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential patient information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Answer the telephone promptly and handle refill orders.
• Gather patient information required to prepare prescriptions.
• Stock received product and supplies and keep pharmacy supplies well stocked.
• Review prescriptions that have not been picked up as requested by management.
• Process paperwork and cash transactions accurately.
