Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Answer phones promptly and assist callers with refills and inquiries.
• Gather patient information to prepare prescriptions.
• Stock products and keep the pharmacy area organized and stocked.
• Review prescriptions not picked up and assist with reminders.
• Process invoices and cash transactions accurately.
• Prepare paperwork for delivery orders and mail-outs.
• Coordinate nursing home medicines as needed.
• Assist with vaccines where permitted and certified.
