Hy-Vee is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to support day-to-day operations in the Pharmacy department. You will assist customers, stock supplies, process cash transactions, prepare paperwork for deliveries, and help maintain a clean, compliant, and welcoming pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vaccination certification may be required if administering vaccines.
• Ability to count, pour, package, and label medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and assisting with refills.
• Answer phones promptly and assist customers with requests and refill orders.
• Gather patient information required to prepare prescriptions.
• Stock and organize pharmacy supplies and keep areas well stocked.
• Prepare paperwork for delivery orders and mail-outs as needed.
