Responsibilities

1. Comply with all relevant regulations and report illegal activity.
2. Follow safety, sanitation, and health guidelines, and report unsafe conditions.
3. Create a welcoming environment for customers.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations and customer areas.
5. Follow guidelines on inventory management and control of non-legend drugs.
6. Perform inventory control tasks, including shelf maintenance.
7. Answer phones and handle inquiries appropriately.
8. Promote sales and store services.
9. Adhere to policies on coupons, cash shortages, and shrink guidelines.
10. Operate cash register following all policies, including handling electronic transactions.
11. Provide a positive customer experience during product and prescription dispensing, if applicable.
12. Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies on confidentiality.
13. Support health and wellness initiatives.
14. Work effectively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
15. Manage conflicts cooperatively and professionally.
16. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
