Responsibilities

• Order Assembly: Safely wrap, box, and prepare pharmacist-approved compounded prescription orders for distribution.
• Cold-Chain Packaging: Build specialized, temperature-controlled shipping setups using validated thermal packaging protocols.
• Shipping & Logistics: Create carrier shipping labels, log outbound packages, and coordinate regular carrier pickups.
• Quality Verification: Perform thorough final checks on recipient details and order contents before sealing packages.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor packing materials, boxes, and cold-chain supplies to keep workstations fully stocked.
• Target Achievement: Consistently hit daily benchmarks for speed, unit volume, and accuracy.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a tidy, efficient, and audit-ready workstation at all times.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines, Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations, USP standards, and internal safety protocols.
