Job summary

Rx relief near Plano, TX is seeking experienced Compound Pharmacists to join a high-volume 503A compounding pharmacy. These overnight roles involve verification, sterile and non-sterile compounding oversight, and ensuring USP standards.

You will verify prescriptions, oversee lab operations overnight, review compounding records, and collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate order processing and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Texas.
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
• Experience with sterile compounding.
• Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions for overnight position.
• Knowledge of USP compounding standards and pharmacy software systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify compounded and non-compounded prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee sterile and non-sterile lab operations during overnight hours.

About the Role

Rx relief is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Compound Pharmacistto support a high-volume 503A compounding pharmacy near Plano, TX for multiple positions. Thesepositions playa critical role in prescription verification, sterile and non-sterile compounding oversight, and ensuring compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Verify compounded and non-compounded prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee sterile and non-sterile lab operations during overnight hours
• Review compounding records, ensure adherence to aseptic procedures, and maintain quality documentation
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and timely order processing and shipping

Requirements
