Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Recommends items for sale to customer and assists with OTC products; maintains displays and merchandising.
• Operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status and reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; takes inventory and prices merchandise as required.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures; participates in asset protection and loss prevention.
