Responsibilities

• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current state/national registration or license.
• Assist pharmacists with responsibilities not requiring professional judgment.
• Provide excellent customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.
• Support coaching and training of clerks/technicians.
• Compound medications per regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to ensure accuracy.
• Assist non-dispensing services via various platforms and applications.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per state/federal law and policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services as allowed by regulations.
• Comply with sanitation and safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
