Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in dispensing medications and delivering health and wellness services.

You will assist with data entry, reception duties, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards. The role includes performing CLIA-waived screenings, supporting non-dispensing tasks, and upholding safety and sanitation policies across store operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient intervention with health and wellness services in line with state/federal laws.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring pharmacist judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience during reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches records.
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and applications.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings in accordance with state and federal law and company policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by regulators.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and notify management of unsafe conditions.
