Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of relevant registration, certification, or licensure as required by law
Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Previous experience or equivalent pharmacy technician training
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current registration or licensure as required
  • Assist pharmacists in various responsibilities, excluding professional judgment
  • Ensure a stellar customer experience through accurate and efficient processing
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications following regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived health screenings according to legal and company standards
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted
  • Follow sanitation, safety, and health regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and report illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
