Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

Desired Qualifications

• Any previous comparable experience or experience as a pharmacy technician
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as per state requirements
• Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Provide a stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks accurately and efficiently
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
• Compound medications according to regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and resources
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings in accordance with laws and policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by regulations
• Comply with sanitation, safety, and health regulations and report unsafe conditions or illegal activities
