Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure
Desired Qualifications
  • Relevant previous experience or comparable experience to a pharmacy technician
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Current registration, certification, or license as required by state
  • Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
  • Support coaching and training of staff
  • Compound medications per regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health and wellness services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Provide additional health services permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, report unsafe conditions and illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
