Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure

Desired Qualifications:

• Any previous comparable experience
• Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy technician
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except professional judgment
• Provide a stellar customer experience with accurate and efficient processing
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
• Compound medications according to regulations
• Perform post fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings as per law and policy
• Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by law
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
• Report illegal activity as required
• Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
