Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Completion of necessary registration, certification, or licensure as per state requirements

Desired qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience or equivalent training as a pharmacy technician
  • Support for health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
  • Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurate processing of prescriptions and related tasks
  • Support coaching and training efforts
  • Compound medications in compliance with regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to ensure accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings as permitted by law and policy
  • Comply with sanitation, safety, and health regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Report illegal activities per regulations
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
