Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure

Desired Qualifications:

• Any previous comparable experience
• Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy technician
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as per state requirements
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
• Compound medications according to regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription data
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings in line with laws and policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services as allowed by law
• Comply with sanitation, safety, and health regulations and report unsafe conditions
• Report illegal activities such as theft or fraud
