Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous relevant experience or equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps
  • Support ongoing coaching and training of staff
  • Compound medications in compliance with regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in accordance with laws and policies
  • Deliver additional health and wellness services permissible by law
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all relevant laws, reporting illegal activities as necessary
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
