Position Overview

This role involves providing member service, assisting with pharmacy operations, and maintaining the pharmacy area in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, stocking supplies, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

1. Provide Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
2. Operate hardware such as cash registers, process member transactions, and handle payments, refunds, and exchanges.
3. Assist with pharmacy operations, including processing prescriptions, stocking supplies, entering prescription information, and maintaining paperwork.
4. Stock and organize the pharmacy area, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
5. Complete work assignments efficiently, collaborating with team members and adapting to change.
6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, fostering a culture of integrity and respect.

Qualifications and Benefits
