Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous relevant experience or pharmacy technician experience
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
  • Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
  • Support coaching and training of staff
  • Compound medications per state and regulatory standards
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation, safety, and health regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and report illegal activities
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
