Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure depending on state laws

Preferred qualifications:

  • Relevant experience, including pharmacy technician roles
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required
  • Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing all pharmacy processes
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications following state regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings per legal and company standards
  • Deliver additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and report illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
