Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure as per state laws

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant experience or equivalent training, including pharmacy technician experience
• Support for company health and wellness initiatives
• Understanding of HIPAA and adherence to related policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license
• Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding those requiring professional judgment
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate processing of prescriptions and services
• Support training and coaching of staff
• Medications compounding and post-fill audits as per regulations
• Support non-dispensing health services and screenings in compliance with laws
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and legal regulations, reporting unsafe conditions or illegal activities
