Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating our customers/employees in a fair and ethical manner, providing a safe, clean, inclusive environment, being a responsible member of the community, providing the right products, services, and care at the right time with fair and accurate pricing. Provide direct patient intervention by providing health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient as allowable by and consistent with state and federal laws. Responsibilities

1. Support company health and wellness initiatives
2. Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
3. Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license
4. Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
5. Provide stellar customer experience, accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
6. Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
7. Compound medications according to regulations
8. Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information
9. Support non-dispensing services via various platforms and resources
10. Complete CLIA-waived screenings as per law and policy
11. Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by law
12. Follow sanitation and safety regulations, report unsafe conditions
13. Comply with all regulations, report illegal activities
14. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
