Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience or equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
  • Support coaching and training of staff
  • Compound medications per state regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and resources
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, report unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and report illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
